Export Import Specialist

About the role

This role involves managing end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment preparation, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including shipment preparation, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of import-export documents

• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes

• Monitor shipment progress from supplier origin until arrival at warehouse/factory, including tracking delays or potential issues

• Ensure HS Code classification, import requirements, and customs documentation comply with Indonesian regulations

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, agent and overseas teams regarding shipment schedules, documents, and import-export matters

• Handle and resolve issues related to customs clearance, document discrepancies, shipment delays, or regulatory requirements

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Import, Custom Clearance, International Logistics, or Supply Chain operations

• Experienced in handling import processes, customs clearance, and coordination with PPJK/freight forwarders

• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, and related documentation

• Familiar with import-export documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice and HS Code

• English proficiency is required
