About the role

Executive Chef / Chef F&B position at Menjangan Dynasty Resort, a 5-star luxury glamping resort in Northwest Bali. The role involves leading food and beverage operations across international cuisine, banquet, and a la carte services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate F&B team

• Manage international cuisine, banquet, and a la carte operations

• Oversee menu planning and food costing

• Drive sales and revenue with strong cost control and P&L management

• Maintain highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and HACCP/ISO food safety

• Manage budgeting and inventory

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Chef or Chef F&B in 4- or 5-star hotels or resort

• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, banquet, and a la carte operations

• Proficient in menu and food costing

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Sales and revenue-oriented mindset with strong experience in cost control, budgeting, inventory, and P&L management

• Proactive, creative and highly organized

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, resilient, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
