Executive Chef

The Royal Purnama, an exclusive beachfront boutique resort (48 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) located at Sukawati, Gianyar is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:
1. Executive Chef
2. Marketing & Event Manager
3. Spa Therapist
4. Engineering - Daily Worker
5. Spa Therapist - Daily Worker

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, reputable hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant operational standards, service quality, and professional practices related to the applied position.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Perform assigned duties and responsibilities according to the position and departmental requirements.
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and safety within the work area.
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests and maintain a positive working
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to join immediately.
