Event Management and Fundraising Staff

Main responsibility

1. Arrange and coordinate the foundation’s main event planning (for example, the Archipelago Educators Meeting) as well as program support and fundraising campaigns.
2. Develop event and campaign concepts that are integrated with the foundation’s fundraising strategy.
3. Manage technical and operational preparations for events, including timeline, budget, vendor, and logistics needs.
4. Coordinate across divisions (program, communication, partnership, and operational) to ensure readiness and harmony in the implementation of activities.
5. Monitor the progress of event preparation and implementation and identify potential risks or obstacles.
6. Manage the implementation of pre-event activities, during events, and post-event so that it runs according to the foundation’s plans and quality standards.
7. Support fundraising through events and campaigns, including partner involvement, sponsor, and donors.
8. Prepare documentation and reports on event implementation and fundraising as evaluation and learning material.

8. Understand the basics of fundraising, sponsorship, and partnerships
9. Accustomed to using Google Ecosystem (Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, dll)
10. Can be invited to a meeting during working hours (09.00-17.00).
11. Has an interest in educational issues, teacher development, and community-based activities.
12. Able to communicate through various channels: face to face & daring (Email, Whatsapp, Telegram & Social media).
