Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Event Coordinator to ensure all event décor and arrangements are completed on time as committed to the client, while maintaining excellent client communication and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all decoration and setup work is completed on time as per approved designs, client requirements, and committed timelines

• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after the event, keeping them updated on progress and addressing their concerns

• Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams to ensure all décor materials, props, and required items are available and ready before the event

• Ensure proper pack-up after every event, verify that all décor items and materials are collected, and ensure all inventory is returned to the warehouse, organised, stored properly, and kept in good condition

• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and ensure timely collection

• Collect client reviews and feedback after every event, encourage clients to share their experience, and address concerns to improve client satisfaction

• Monitor event preparations and ensure everything is ready before the event begins

• Immediately report any delays, shortages, damaged items, or operational issues to senior management and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure quick resolution

About you

• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian

• Must have their own motorbike for local travel and event-related coordination

• Must have strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including during event setup and pack-up

• Based in Bali (preferrably Denpasar or Badung)
