Estimation Supervisor/Manager - CSA

We are looking for an experienced Estimation SPV / Manager - CSA to join our construction team.

Job Description :

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQ, quantity take-off, and unit rate analysis.

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor cost analysis.

• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and maintain price evidence.

• Develop and maintain cost databases and historical unit rates.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Project, and Tender teams.

• Lead and review CSA estimation activities to ensure accuracy and timely tender submission.

• Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 7-20 years of experience in construction estimation, with supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works.

• Strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, AHS/unit rate analysis, and cost estimation.

• Familiar with construction materials, labour productivity, equipment rates, and subcontractor pricing.

• Able to read and analyze engineering/tender drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation software.

• Good leadership, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
