Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP applications to support business operations and improve process efficiency.

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services based on business requirements.

• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure application reliability.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing system support.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience or basic knowledge in ERP development, application development, or software engineering is an advantage.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

• Knowledge of back-end programming, API development, database management, and system integration.

• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks relevant to ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in full-stack, back-end, or front-end development.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, business process automation, and enterprise application integration.

• Experience working in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage.
