Equipment Control Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Shipping, Logistics, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of container inventory management is a priority.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities:

• Update and monitor container movements.

• Monitor container inventory and availability.

• Track overdue containers and follow up on outstanding returns.

• Monitor empty container repositioning activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports on container inventory, movements, and equipment status.
