English Teacher Part Time/Half Time

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Batam. 

• Should be passionate about their work and versatile.

• Should be able to connect, empathize with students and inspire them.

• Excellent understanding of both verbal and non-verbal communication and maintaining student engagement.

• Willing to be placed on all ME branches in Batam and willing to teach at companies that collaborate with ME.

• Proficient in Ms. Office and administrative.

• Responsible and able to work in dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

• For Half time position, work offline 6 days in a week from Monday to Friday (17.00-21.10) and Saturday (14.00-18.00).

• For Part Time position, work offline based on available schedules.

• Teach General English for Adults, Business English, English for Teenagers and English for Kids.

• Develop teaching materials when necessary (textbooks are provided, but some supplementary materials are utilized from time to time).

• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents.

• Pre-testing new student and assist the sales team when customer need information the right program for their needs

• Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.

• Encourage and motivate students to study English.
