Engineering Supervisor

PT Sumber Air Dewa is looking for an experienced and reliable Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring that machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate corrective maintenance and troubleshooting for machinery and equipment.

• Monitor mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility systems.

• Identify equipment issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Monitor equipment downtime and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.

• Manage the availability and usage of engineering spare parts.

• Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repair, and engineering projects.

• Ensure engineering activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and engineering reports.

• Support equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and improvement projects.

• Lead, supervise, and develop Engineering Technicians and Engineering Staff.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure smooth operational activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

• Experience in brewery, beverage, or canning operations will be considered an advantage.

• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Familiar with industrial utilities and production equipment.

• Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

• Strong awareness of workplace safety and engineering best practices.

• Willing to be placed in Tabanan, Bali.
