Production Staff (SMD Section)

Job Responsibilities

• Support and monitor Surface Mount Device (SMD) production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and delivery targets are achieved.

• Assist in machine setup verification, line preparation, and process monitoring for SMT/SMD production activities.

• Analyze production abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and defects.

• Monitor production performance and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Review production records, process data, and quality results to ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the SMD manufacturing area.

Job Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of SMT/SMD processes, electronic assembly, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work in shifts.

Production Engineer (Electrical Power System)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical power systems and production facilities.

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

• Monitor and maintain factory electrical facilities and supporting utilities, including power distribution systems, transformers, compressors, and air conditioning units.

• Analyze equipment issues and support improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and energy efficiency.

• Ensure all electrical facilities and equipment comply with company standards, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.

• Support continuous improvement activities related to production and utility systems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical power systems, electrical distribution, and industrial electrical equipment.

• Familiarity with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge of PLC, industrial automation, or power electronics will be a plus.

Factory Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product Transfer (NPT) activities from Headquarters or third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation into mass production.

• Coordinate new part preparation and approval processes, including drawing verification, sample follow-up, sample inspection, and report preparation.

• Manage engineering documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM), including verification, communication with related departments, and implementation confirmation.

• Review and analyze mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support production readiness.

• Monitor new model schedules and coordinate with related departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Support continuous improvement activities related to product and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Experience in new model handling or project coordination is an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

• Familiar with engineering documentation and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Understanding of metal and plastic injection manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and IF.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work on-site in MM2100 Industrial Area, West Cikarang.
