Engineering Staff

About the role

This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP/Civil systems, conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting of facilities and equipment, and repairing technical damage or disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP/Civil systems

• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of facilities and equipment

• Repair technical damage or disruptions

• Record and complete engineering work log sheets

• Handle and follow up on complaints related to technical issues

• Coordinate with team members and relevant parties to resolve problems

• Ensure all work complies with SOPs and workplace safety standards

About you

• Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) qualification in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering/Maintenance

• Experience in Property/Building Management preferred

• Understanding of MEP/Civil basics and building maintenance

• Able to perform troubleshooting and technical repairs

• Able to document and record work

• Good communication skills, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
