Engineering MEP (Pecatu)

MEP Engineering is looking for a reliable and service-oriented MEP Technician to support maintenance operations across our villa properties, ensuring all systems run efficiently and meet hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Handle maintenance and minor repairs for MEP systems

• Ensure all equipment and utilities function properly and are guest-ready

• Respond quickly to technical issues to minimize guest disruption

• Coordinate with team and report maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Minimum SMK (Teknik Listrik / Mesin / related) or Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience in MEP or building maintenance (villa / hotel preferred)

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented attitude

• Must be domiciled in Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali.
