We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Engineering Staff to join our Operations Team.

You will be responsible for maintaining our villas, handling general repairs, and responding quickly to maintenance requests to ensure our properties remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across villas.

• Respond to maintenance requests from villa teams.

• Support pool, water, electrical, plumbing, and general property upkeep.

• Identify and report major technical issues to Chief Engineer.

• Use tools and equipment safely and follow maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or engineering.

• Property management experience is required, preferably in villa or hotel operations.

• Trade certificate or relevant technical training is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

• Hands-on and able to troubleshoot common maintenance issues.

• Reliable, responsive, practical, and safety-conscious.

• Comfortable working in a physically active, field-based environment.

• Willing to respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
