ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE

Giselle Bali is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Engineering Maintenance to support the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities. This role is ideal for experienced maintenance technicians looking for additional weekend work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of restaurant facilities and equipment

• Ensure electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and mechanical systems operate properly

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Monitor the condition of facilities and report any potential issues

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Support restaurant operations with technical assistance when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or a similar role

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and mechanical systems

• Able to identify and solve technical issues independently

• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks

• Available to work every Friday and Saturday
