E-Credit Reconciliation

About the role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-Credit Reconciliation Specialist to join one of the world's leading FMCG beauty brands. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing credit management KPIs, ensuring financial accuracy across e-commerce platforms, and collaborating with regional cross-border teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily/monthly e-credit reconciliations across bank reports, internal systems, and seller centers using software such as SAP GUI, OMS, and e-commerce Seller Center platforms

• Review and track collection payments received from various seller center platforms

• Ensure the high accuracy and completeness of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) data

• Identify, investigate, and resolve AR/AP discrepancies using structured accounting analysis

• Maintain compliance with standard accounting practices and company policies while supporting internal and external audit processes with well-documented data

• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to consistently meet credit management KPIs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable/Payable, or Credit Control (FMCG or retail background is a plus)

• Proficient in SAP GUI, Order Management Systems (OMS), and e-commerce Seller Centers (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)

• Strong written and spoken English skills for seamless coordination with regional cross-border teams

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
