Drafter Furniture (Fit Out Office & Retail)

About the role:

Prepare detailed furniture and interior shop drawings based on design concepts, site measurements, and project requirements. Develop technical drawings and construction details for office interior fit-out projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed furniture and interior shop drawings based on design concepts, site measurements, and project requirements

• Develop technical drawings and construction details for office interior fit-out projects

• Assist the design and project teams with layout development, detailing, and technical documentation

• Conduct site surveys when required to verify dimensions and existing site conditions

• Prepare and update as-built drawings based on actual site conditions and design revisions

• Review drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy, material suitability, and constructability

• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify technical details and incorporate site adjustments into drawings

• Ensure all drawings and technical documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within project deadlines

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a any related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in interior fit-out projects Office

• Familiarity with office interior fit-out projects is required

• Experience in furniture detailing or furniture manufacturing is an advantage

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with strong technical drawing, detailing, and dimensioning skills

• Able to produce shop drawings, furniture drawings, and detailed construction drawings

• Good understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and technical standards

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify and resolve drawing discrepancies

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

• WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta
