Drafter Pib/Peb & Ceisa 4.0 (Ekspor-Impor)

About the role

PT. LESTARI WIJAYA ABADI is seeking an experienced candidate to join as a Drafter PIB/PEB & CEISA 4.0 (Export-Import). This position is responsible for the preparation, verification, data entry, and monitoring of customs documents to support the smooth flow of import and export processes. The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of customs procedures, international trade documents, and the use of the CEISA 4.0 system. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, well-structured, and able to ensure data accuracy and document completeness in accordance with applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and draft Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) and Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) based on available supporting documents.

• Perform data entry, verification, submission, and follow-up of customs documents through the CEISA 4.0 system in accordance with company authority and procedures.

• Verify the completeness and conformity of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), manifest, and other supporting documents.

• Ensure accuracy of importer or exporter data, suppliers, goods description, HS Code, quantity, unit, weight, transaction value, country of origin or destination, and transportation information.

• Assist in verifying goods classification, customs value, calculation of Import Duty, Tax in the Framework of Import (PDRI), and licensing requirements in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Verify Prohibition and Restriction (Lartas) requirements and completeness of licensing documents based on goods type and transaction.

• Monitor the status of customs documents, billing, Customs and Excise responses, and follow-up of the process until completion of customs clearance according to transaction type.

• Follow up on corrections, rejections, or document discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve obstacles.

• Coordinate with operational teams, suppliers, customers, shipping companies, agents, and other relevant parties to ensure data completeness.

• Manage export-import document filing systematically, accurately, and in an easily traceable manner.

About you

• Minimum D3 education from Customs and Excise, Logistics Management, Transportation Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or other fields relevant to export-import and customs activities.

• Work experience in export-import documentation, PIB/PEB drafter, customs administration, or customs clearance.

• Understanding of CEISA 4.0 system usage for import and/or export processes.

• Understanding of the process of preparation, data entry, verification, and follow-up of PIB/PEB documents.

• Able to verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, manifest, and other supporting documents.

• Understanding of basic HS Code classification, customs value, Import Duty, PDRI, and Lartas regulations.

• Able to verify conformity of goods description, quantity, unit, weight, transaction value, country of origin or destination, and shipping data.

• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and manage digital documents systematically.

• Analytical skills, meticulousness, and high attention to detail.

• Disciplined, responsible, communicative, and able to work with targets and deadlines.
