Drafter

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in office fit-out projects and interior design.

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp 3D, with a good understanding of architectural technical drawing standards.

• Proficient in 3D rendering software.

• Good understanding of construction details and interior fit-out work.

• Good work ethics, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare 2D as-built drawings.

• Prepare revised drawings and drawing adjustments based on project requirements and actual site conditions.

• Develop 3D models for project visualization.

• Produce 3D renderings for project presentations.

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings meet project requirements and site conditions.
