DOORMAN (Frontliner)

About the role Doorman

Deliver professional service and contribute actively within the team, control the lobby drop-off area, manage crowds, and communicate effectively with drivers and visitors to maintain smooth operations. Project a positive company image through strong performance, firm and responsive actions, and commendable conduct as a frontline representative. Communicate effectively with all customer levels, respond to inquiries and requests promptly and in accordance with procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and open doors with a smile, friendly attitude, and polite manner

• Actively observe the area to ensure security and safety, and promptly report potential hazards

• Manage traffic flow in the lobby area in coordination with security and relevant teams

• Provide effective building information, guide guests, and support concierge as needed

• During rainy conditions or special needs situations, assist tenants and visitors to their vehicles, including persons with disabilities, elderly, and families with young children

• Control and monitor the drop-off area to ensure smooth traffic flow and area safety

• Stop any activity that poses OSH risks, particularly involving unsafe vehicle movement or reckless drivers

About you

• Senior High School or Diploma

• Fluent Speaking English

• Previous relevant experience

• Customer service skills

• Interpersonal skills

• Safety awareness

• Communication skills

• Able to work rotating shifts

• Familiar with local safety and emergency procedure

• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
