Distributors Lead

PT PMY Trada Indonesia (Pramy) is looking for a Distributors Lead to join our team and help drive sales growth and distribution expansion in the General Trade (GT) channel.

What We’re Looking For :
- Male/Female,
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Consumer Goods is preferred
- Experienced in distributor management and GT market development
- Strong analytical skills in sales performance, target, distribution, and stock management
- Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented and familiar with sales targets & KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Willing to conduct regular field visits and business trips

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop distributor performance to achieve sales targets
- Drive sales growth and expand product distribution in the GT channel
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, sell-in, and sell-out
- Develop new outlets and improve existing outlet productivity
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective sales execution and product availability
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales and distribution
