Distribution Development Asst. Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in distribution management, channel development or sales operations

• Proven track record in handling General Trade networks pharmacies, drugdstores, and managing sub-distributor operations

Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management: Strong capability to evaluate, monitor, and drive the performance of distributors and sub-distributors.

• Route-to-Market (RTM): Deep understanding of RTM strategies, market coverage optimization, and cost-effective logistics.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to track sales KPIs, inventory levels, and market penetration gaps (Avg outlet transaction per month)

• Commercial Acumen: Clear understanding of trade margins, commercial excellence frameworks, and promotional structures.
