Direct Sales Officer (Staff Lapangan) - Bali

About the role

This role involves developing cooperation with properties or residential complexes (RT/RW) to increase homepass penetration, acquiring target properties, and executing sales and marketing activities in assigned territories to achieve sales targets and increase customer (subscriber) numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cooperation with properties or residential complexes (RT/RW) to increase homepass penetration

• Conduct acquisition of target properties

• Execute sales and marketing activities in assigned territories to achieve sales targets and increase subscriber numbers

• Manage promotion and marketing media activities

• Conduct marketing material and branding canvassing activities, including banner installation, T-banner placement, banner and umbul-umbul deployment, free hotspot provision, flyer distribution to homes, and banner opening in front of complexes/residential areas

• Maintain customer satisfaction to minimize service termination rates

About you

• D3 or S1 graduate (for education allowance eligibility)
