Key responsibilities

• Analyze retail and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Automate reporting processes and improve data processing efficiency.

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful data insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business performance monitoring and digital transformation initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data analysis, and reporting automation.

• Strong Microsoft Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Able to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing and business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
