Digital & Marketplace Intern

About the role

This is an internship position for a Digital & Marketplace Intern based in Yogyakarta. The role involves managing and optimizing company marketplace accounts, updating product information, creating content, monitoring campaigns, and supporting digital marketing activities to increase traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company marketplace accounts

• Update products, prices, stock, photos, and product descriptions on marketplace platforms

• Create and organize content for marketplace and social media

• Monitor promotions, campaigns, and marketplace programs

• Support traffic and sales growth through various digital activities

• Check and update marketplace sales data

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages through marketplace

• Research trends, competitors, and developing products on marketplace

• Create marketplace and digital marketing performance reports

• Perform other tasks related to digital and marketplace

About you

• Active student or fresh graduate

• Interested in digital marketing, marketplace, and e-commerce

• Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other platforms

• Understand basic social media usage

• Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and have initiative

• Willing to learn and able to work individually and in teams

• Experience managing marketplace is a plus
