Social Media Specialist Intern

About the role

This is a Social Media Specialist Intern position at PT Mitra Berdaya Optima, a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO standards. You will support the digital marketing team in developing and managing social media content and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct content research based on industry trends and audience interests

• Assist in developing content plans and social media content calendars

• Monitor and evaluate content performance, including engagement, reach, and traffic metrics

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and relevant content

• Prepare simple reports and insights on social media performance

About you

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Basic understanding of social media metrics and content performance analysis

• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Fully available on weekdays (Monday–Friday)
