Die Casting Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily die casting production process, including aluminum die cast and low-pressure die casting components.

• Supervise and manage the launching of new production lines, new equipment installations, and line/equipment modifications.

• Implement continuous improvement techniques to minimize defects and maintain strict quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in die casting production, with proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.

• Having knowledge in casting technology, dies & jigs, and measurement & inspection tools.
