Desk Collection (Melayu Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Desk Collection Officer who is fluent in Malaysian to join our team for a Malaysia-focused project. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, following up on outstanding balances, and achieving collection targets through telephone communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via telephone

• Remind customers of outstanding balances and encourage timely repayment

• Follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate collection records

• Communicate professionally with customers while following company collection procedures

• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance indicators

About you

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

• Fluent in Melayu (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Desk Collection

• No overdue PayLater or credit card (CC) payments
