Deputy Project Coordinator QMS Inspection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project coordination, vendor inspection, or QA/QC administration within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.

• Experience with major IOC clients; familiarity with BP standards is an advantage.

• Good understanding of TPI, shop inspection workflows, QMS, and Inspection Release Certificates (IRC).

• Familiarity with offshore personnel mobilization, including MCU, BOSIET/FOET, PPE, and site clearance.

• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple inspection schedules and deadlines.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
