Deputy Factory Manager

Job Description:

• Support and oversee daily factory operations including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Utilities, and HSE.

• Ensure production targets, efficiency, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved.

• Lead implementation of GMS, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management Systems.

• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, OEE Improvement, and waste reduction programs.

• Monitor factory KPIs and develop action plans to improve operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and execution.

• Develop and mentor supervisor and operational teams to strengthen organizational capability.

• Support factory expansion, automation, and operational excellence, projects.

• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in Dairy, F&B, or FMCG sectors.

• Minimum 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles within factory operations.

• Strong knowledge at:

1. Dairy processing technology

2. UHT, Pasteurization, CIP, and Aseptic systems

3. Food Safety & Quality Systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)

4. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

5. Production planning and operational cost control

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage fast-paced manufacturing environments.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to be placed at Factory, Cicalengka.
