PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for American customers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel.

• Check and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Organize and maintain records and documentation.

• Assist with updating information across internal systems and online platforms.

• Support various departments with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

• Complete tasks efficiently and within the required deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)

• Fresh graduate or having experience 1-3 years

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Strong knowledge in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)

• Good numeracy and literacy skills

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good work ethic and teamwork attitude

• Good time management skills

• Willing to work overtime

• Can join immediately

• This position is on-site (working in the office).

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
