Customer Service (STARLUX Airlines)

We are urgently looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. If you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy helping customers navigate their travel journey, this role is perfect for you.

As a Customer Service, you will support passengers with flight reservations, issue tickets, manage booking adjustments, and deliver exceptional service at every step. You’ll ensure each transaction is smooth, accurate, and aligned with airline standards and company policies.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in airline ticketing and customer service while working in a fast-paced global travel industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is mandatory.

• Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.

• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.

• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
