Customer Service - Sea Freight Air Freight

Atlantic Container Line (since 1999), is a dynamic and international freight forwarding and logistics company. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and proficient “Sea Freight/Air Freight Customer Service” to join our dedicated team.

Placement Location: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara/ Setia Budi, Jakarta Selatan

Job Descriptions
• Handle customers and agent inquiries.
• Manage, check and coordinate bookings with airliners/shipping lines, agent and/or all related parties.
• Prepare and check necessary document related to the shipment.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate record and update shipment data in the system.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all procedures comply with company standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Sea Freight/Air Freight/ Freight Forwarding.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Preferably for those who can speak Mandarin.
• Good communication and problem solving ability.
• Good teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
