About the role

We are opening an opportunity for friendly, honest individuals who enjoy interacting with customers to join as a Retail Assistant / Gold Store Sales Associate. The role involves welcoming and serving customers well, helping customers select products, providing clear product information, maintaining store area and display neatness, and assisting with transaction administration and stock checking according to procedures. We prioritise a comfortable, supportive work environment that emphasises teamwork. This position does not use an individual sales target system; our main focus is service quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with good service

• Help customers select products

• Provide clear product information

• Maintain neatness of store area and display

• Assist with transaction administration and stock checking according to procedures

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3 graduates are welcome to apply

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Honest, friendly, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Able to communicate and serve customers well

• Able to work individually and as part of a team

• Experience in gold stores, jewellery, or retail is an advantage but not a requirement

• Willing to be placed at company branches according to needs
