Customer Relationship Management Intern

• Assist in preparing, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns through MoEngage across Push Notifications, Email, and WhatsApp channels.
• Support user segmentation based on campaign objectives and business unit requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with basic insights using key metrics such as Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
• Prepare presentation materials, maintain documentation, record Meeting Minutes (MoM), and follow up on action items.
• Assist in conducting basic analyses of user behavior and campaign effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the development and execution of CRM initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement, first-time transactions, repeat transactions, and customer retention.

Kualifikasi

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum 6th semester) or a fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Management, Digital Business, or other related fields.
• Have experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
• Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
• Have good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Possess strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other project management tools is a plus.
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 4 days Work From Office (WFO) and 1 day Work From Home (WFH) in Jakarta.
