Creative Video Creator

About the role

Responsible for all stages from ideation, production, to post-production of engaging, relevant video content aligned with company brand identity for various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or advertising needs).

Key responsibilities

• Design creative concepts, scriptwriting, and storyboard creation for each video material

• Execute shooting/filming process (camera, lighting, and audio) and serve as talent if required

• Perform editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design

• Analyze video performance (insights/metrics) and follow current trends on social media for content development

About you

• Minimum D4 education in FSRD, FIKOM, FFTV, or FIK

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or digital media production

• Proficient in Adobe editing software: Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Audition

• Good understanding of social media algorithms and short-form video trends

• Must have a portfolio of video work created
