About the role

Manage and monitor project budget, cash flow, and costs. Conduct analysis of cost versus budget, actual cost, revenue, and gross margin. Prepare, update, and control project master schedule using MS Project. Monitor work progress, analyze schedule deviations, and prepare periodic progress reports. Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost, time, and progress targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor budget, cash flow, and project costs

• Conduct Cost vs Budget analysis, actual cost, revenue, and gross margin analysis

• Provide early warning of potential cost or margin deviations

• Prepare, update, and control master project schedule using MS Project

• Monitor work progress, analyze schedule deviations, and prepare periodic progress reports

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost, time, and progress targets are achieved

• Identify project delay risks and provide mitigation recommendations

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, preferably in Geotechnical, Structural, or Construction Management

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Project Cost Control, Project Scheduler, Project Controller, or related position in construction projects

• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of budgeting, cash flow, cost control, S-curve, time schedule, and project progress reporting

• Strong analytical ability, detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work with targets

• Able to work independently and in teams with proactive cross-functional coordination
