Cost Accounting Supervisor/Leader

Job Description

• Calculate monthly actual COGS, value inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), and prepare adjustment journals for FAT closing.

• Establish and maintain standard costs, BOM, overhead allocation, and cost treatments for tolling vs. full manufacturing.

• Perform standard vs. actual variance analysis and present insights to management and BU Directors.

• Support pricing strategies, monitor product margin thresholds, and assist with ERP costing setup.

• Lead stock takes, prepare audit costing data, document procedures, and train manufacturing desk staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3–4+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.

• Expertise in standard, job order, and process costing, overhead allocation, variance analysis, and PSAK 14.

• Proven experience in monthly closing, stock takes, external audit support, and manufacturing ERP modules.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (Pivot, Lookups, Cost Modeling) and experience leading 1–2 staff members.

• Professional fluency in verbal and written Indonesian and English.
