Corporate Trainer Supervisor

PT Radiant Sentral Nutrindo is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer Supervisor to join our Training & Development team in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital strategic role in shaping and delivering our organisational learning initiatives. As Corporate Trainer Supervisor, you will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes across the organisation. This role is essential to our commitment to developing our workforce, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their positions and contribute to our long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the corporate training team, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all training delivery across the organisation

• Develop, design, and update training curriculum and programmes aligned with organisational objectives and employee development needs

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at various levels, utilising multiple delivery methods including classroom-based, online, and blended learning approaches

• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and use insights to continuously improve programme quality

• Identify training needs through consultations with department heads and managers, and develop targeted learning solutions

• Create and maintain training documentation, materials, and resources to support consistent and high-quality delivery

• Monitor trainer performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure professional development of the training team

• Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery

• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to align training initiatives with company strategy and culture

• Maintain comprehensive training records and generate reports on training metrics and programme outcomes for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate training, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and curriculum development

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery methodologies

• Proven ability to assess training needs and design targeted learning solutions

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in coaching and developing training staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training technology platforms

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Knowledge of the nutrition, food industry or FMCG would be advantageous
