Corporate Talent Acquisition Internship

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing at least a final year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, Communications, or a related field. Or graduate students who are willing to experience internship

• Demonstrated solid communication skills and enthusiasm to learn recruitment industry.

• Able to perform multitasking and excel in a dynamic work environment.

• Possess willing to learn attitude, open-minded, meticulous, and self driven personality is a good advantage.

• Capable of multitasking and excelling in a dynamic work environment.

• Familiar with how to use internet tools to boost recruitment branding and talent search purposes.

• Willing to have 5 days working from office-setting.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various online channels, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.

• Evaluate candidate information using our e-recruitment system and manage candidate data efficiently.

• Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and support the selection process.

•  Assist in onboarding new hires by collaborating with IT for device setup, prepare welcome kit, etc.
