Corporate Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a strategic Corporate Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in upstream manufacturing and PPIC to revolutionize our operations.

How You'll Contribute:

• Oversee end-to-end corporate supply chain strategies, drawing on a strong background in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) within upstream manufacturing environments.

• Design and execute inventory optimization frameworks to enhance turnover, minimize holding costs, and maintain optimal stock levels across all operational facilities.

• Build, implement, and refine mathematical optimization models and quantitative analytical tools to resolve complex supply chain bottlenecks and streamline network design.

• Leverage specialized supply chain software, advanced modeling platforms, and data analytics tools to automate forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making.

• Partner with cross-functional leadership—including Procurement, Logistics, and Plant Management—to drive cost-efficiency initiatives and continuously improve operational performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.

• Proven track record in upstream manufacturing with a strong operational background in PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control).

• Hands-on proficiency with supply chain modeling tools, enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and analytical tools (such as Python, R, Excel/Solver, or specialized supply chain optimization platforms).

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for work as required to visit plant locations, operational sites, and corporate facilities.
