Job Descriptions:

Refrigerator Asset Ledger Management

1. Responsible for the end-to-end asset tracking of all refrigerators within the region, including processing requests and following up on procedures for deployment, relocation, recovery, scrapping, and loss, to ensure that every refrigerator is fully documented

2. Maintain a complete ledger using Excel (online spreadsheet). Photograph and archive all supporting documents. Collect asset inventory information periodically (monthly/quarterly) as required by headquarters to ensure that the recorded inventory matches the physical inventory; report any discrepancies within 24 hours

3. Conduct random spot checks on refrigerators for which deployment, transfer, recovery, scrapping, or loss has been requested

Execution of Point-of-Sale Inspections

1. Arrange for dealers/sales teams to conduct monthly routine inspections of refrigerators within their regions and complete the refrigerator inspection report (online spreadsheet) on a monthly basis (usually on end week of the month)

2. Inspection items include: checking refrigerator operational status, display purity (the quantity and proportion of Eastroc beverage products displayed inside the refrigerator), and product age; as well as following up on repair requests for malfunctions and the recovery of idle refrigerators.

3. Conduct on-site spot checks of the freezer inspection reports.

Cross-Department Coordination

1. Coordinate with distributors/sales teams to collect information on all aspects of freezer management and facilitate the recovery and redeployment of idle freezers.

1. Coordinate with freezer suppliers to track repair progress and ensure that malfunctioning freezers are addressed within 48 hours.

1. Improve display purity (the quantity and proportion of Dongpeng beverage products displayed in refrigerators) and increase refrigerator sales output (set regional break-even sales targets for refrigerators and boost refrigerator sales).

1. Assist to support for data analysis and preparation, other project like Sales force system

2. Other assigned ad hoc tasks
   

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, with major in Engineering, Electro, Management, Data Analysis, or Equivalent

2. Languages proficiency: Good Mandarin (written and verbal), English, and Bahasa Indonesia

3. 1-2 years of work experiences in sales administration, data analysis, cross-department communication, or sales (experience in FMCG company and handle refrigerator management would be preferred)

4. Able to coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties 

5. Detail-oriented and meticulous (likes and gets used to deal with bunch of data and numbers)

6. Good analytical and logical thinking, data preparation and analysis skills

7. Proficient Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

8. Proactive, agile, and able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment

9. Willing to take challenge and withstand work pressure in busy period
