Content creator / editor

About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator/Editor to join our team based in North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating and editing engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity and strategic objectives. You will play a key part in developing our creative output, ensuring all content meets our high standards of quality and design excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative talents whilst contributing to the visual storytelling and communication strategy of our organisation.

Candidate must speak Indonesian & English (basic is fine)

Key responsibilities

• Create original visual content that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Edit and refine multimedia content including images, videos and written materials to ensure consistency and quality

• Be able to work closely with the Marketing manager who will provide a content calendar and planning

• Have confidence to lead staff members in order to make content

• Maintain and organise digital assets and content libraries in an efficient and accessible manner

• Ensure all content meets brand standards, is on-brand and resonates with target audiences

• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices within the graphic design and content creation industry

• Run meta Ads

• Provide a weekly social media performance report

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in content creation

• Knowledge of how to use apps such as; edit, capcut, canva, chatgpt

• Have strong knowledge of social media algorithms & running ads

• Strong visual communication skills with an eye for aesthetics, composition and colour theory

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing previous creative work and design projects

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently

• Consistency & great time management
