About the role
This role involves creating, reviewing, editing, and producing content for company marketing platforms. You will conduct research and interviews to understand current trends and inform content development, while collaborating with creative teams to prepare promotional materials. You will manage social media for consumer engagement, respond to complaints, and promote company products and services. You will work across internal departments to execute campaigns from planning through evaluation, monitor social media and company website performance, and drive traffic growth through strategic content creation.
