About the role

Content Creator for TB Nusamba Jaya responsible for creating and developing daily content, shooting and editing videos, and producing promotional and educational content about building materials to increase reach, engagement, followers, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop daily content ideas

• Shoot and edit video content

• Create product promotion and store promo content

• Perform video editing

• Create educational content about building materials

• Create content that increases reach, engagement, followers, and sales

• Follow relevant TikTok/Instagram trends

• Produce simple reports on content performance

About you

• Education: minimum SMA/SMK

• Experience as Content Creator or Social Media Specialist is a plus

• Creative, communicative, confident, and comfortable appearing on camera

• Able to create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook

• Proficient in basic video shooting and editing using phone/camera

• Proficient in editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar applications

• Able to create compelling 3-second hooks, storytelling, and engaging CTAs

• Able to independently search for and develop content ideas

• Understand basics of social media, engagement, FYP, insights, and content trends

• Willing to conduct shooting at stores and in the field, able to work with targets and deadlines, disciplined, responsible, active, and willing to learn. Content portfolio is a plus. Residence in Cikajang/Garut Selatan is preferred.
