Compliance Specialist

We are hiring a Compliance Specialist for our compliance department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure company compliance with Indonesian regulations related to e-cigarette products and distribution.

2. Handle BPOM registration and product compliance documentation.

3. Monitor Ministry of Trade regulations and advertising restrictions.

4. Coordinate halal certification processes and maintain compliance records.

5. Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

1. At least 2 years of compliance experience in e-cigarettes / fast-moving consumer goods.

2. Familiar with Indonesia’s BPOM registration process, Ministry of Trade regulations on e-cigarette distribution, and advertising restrictions.

3. Experience handling halal certification (voluntary, as stated in the source) preferred.

4. Indonesian and English.
