Compliance Intern

We are looking for a Compliance Intern to support our team in implementing and monitoring compliance initiatives, particularly in the area of data protection. This role will provide valuable exposure to corporate compliance practices and offer hands-on experience in administrative, coordination, and policy development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures, including related administrative tasks.

• Prepare document checklists covering existing documentation and mandatory requirements under applicable laws and regulations.

• Conduct document gap assessments and support compliance reviews to identify areas requiring further attention.

• Coordinate the collection and verification of supporting documents from relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare compliance review reports and regulatory deliverables.

Qualifications

• Final-year Law student with no remaining class schedule or a recent Law graduate.

• Willing to work on-site.

• Experience in student organizations, committees, or other formal organizational activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical application to improve work efficiency.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
