Collection Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor regional Collection activities and performance against key metrics, including Delq 30+, NO OD, and Cashcoll.

• Calculate Collection Productivity Ratios and analyze Field Collector (FE) productivity metrics for both Java and Non-Java regions.

• Evaluate and determine optimal Collection team workforce composition to support operational goals.

• Plan and design development programs for Collection employees to enhance team performance and meet company targets.

• Maintain accurate data reporting on collection processes and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Management, or any related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Collection, preferably within the Multifinance industry.

• Strong understanding of multifinance business operations, collection processes, and company policy frameworks.

• Strong analytical thinking and data reporting skills.

• Deep understanding of collection process workflows and metrics.

• Knowledge of Risk Management and Creative & Design Thinking principles is a plus.

• Willing to be based at Head Office (Sunter, North Jakarta).
