About The Balé Nusa Dua:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably within luxury villas, boutique hotels, or high-end hospitality environments.

• Good understanding of reservation procedures, room availability, rate structures and conditions, booking amendments, and cancellations.

• Proficient in hotel PMS platforms, with experience in VHP and/or GuestPro considered an advantage, as well as familiarity with Channel Managers and OTA extranets.

• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with guests, travel agents, and internal teams.

• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong focus on booking accuracy, timely follow-up, and meeting deadlines.

• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members across different properties.
