Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:

• Run daily clinic operations (scheduling, shifts, inventory, front desk, cleanliness)

• Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, including follow-ups and complaint handling

• Make sure all SOPs, documents, and audit readiness (Dinkes/BPOM) are in place

• Coordinate with marketing for clinic content (testimonials, tours, short video shoots)

• Submit weekly operational and basic finance reports to the CEO

• Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team (pharmacy, service, cleaning, helper)

• Build SOPs and scalable systems for future clinic branches

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in clinic, pharmacy, or health retail operations

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, Business Management, or a related field

• A medical background with a Master's degree in Management/Healthcare Management is a plus

• Experienced in handling audits (BPOM or Health Department is a plus)

• Familiar with QC or compounding processes in skincare or personal care is a bonus

• Understands clinic operational processes and management

• Understands basic financial reporting and budget monitoring

• Skilled in managing shifts, inventory, SOPs, and Google Sheets/Excel reporting

• Comfortable working directly with patients/customers, including handling complaints

• Has led a small cross-functional team (4–6 people)

• Firm, organized, and quick to execute tasks
